Three WECDSB elementary schools - St. Louis, Immaculate Conception and St. James - will be participating in the Ignite Academy, a new out-of-school solution designed to improve math and literacy skills for children between Grades 2 and 7, while providing wrap-around support for families.
The new program was announced today by ProsperUs, a collective of more than 40 Windsor-Essex community partners, and our Director of Education Emelda Byrne was there to help share the great news.
