- Offer responsive programming to support our students in areas including but not limited to English as a Second Language, International Baccalaureate, and French Immersion.
- Exercise financial stewardship through thoughtful budget and capital planning, responsible allocation of resources and efficient use of facilities.
- Create opportunities for students, families and community partners to engage in supporting student achievement and well-being.

- Provide a safe, caring, responsive and accepting learning environment rooted in Catholic teachings in which every student can achieve their full potential.
- Enhance our distinctive Catholic education system by nurturing ongoing faith formation for students and staff while strengthening partnerships within the Catholic Church and community.
- Commit to supporting the mental wellness of all students through a multi-tiered system of support, utilizing evidence-based practices and resources to foster mental health literacy development for students, families and staff.
- Uphold equitable hiring, employment and promotion practices that foster an inclusive and diverse workplace while supporting our Catholic faith and student achievement goals.
- Collaborate with service providers and community partners to welcome and support students and their families to strengthen inclusive school environments.
- Support opportunities for family engagement to strengthen the connection between home, school and parish.

- Cultivate a culture of innovation that drives the development of diverse and responsive programs that support a variety of student pathways in areas including but not limited to Skilled Trades and STEM.
- Teach and exemplify the Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations as the desired outcomes for all of our students as they prepare for future success.
- Invest in opportunities to develop staff leadership competencies that will support succession plans for student achievement and well-being.
- Dedicate resources to further the use of emerging technologies that foster creativity and empower student learning in a safe and responsible digital environment.
- Implement practices throughout the system that uphold our dedication to environmental stewardship which serve as a model for students to become responsible global citizens.
- Create engagement opportunities for families to increase awareness and knowledge of varied programs and student pathways, including transitions into school, between schools and beyond secondary school.
