Summer program promotes well being

Healthy Highlights

Throughout the summer, our Mental Health Team held a series of weekly wellness events for students in Grades 7-12, focusing on their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. 

Highlights included encouraging students to disconnect from digital distractions, exploring diverse artistic mediums to foster creativity and self-expression, and empowering students through self-care practices and self-acceptance.
