It's free and confidential for children, youth and families who live in Windsor-Essex.

One Stop Talk offers children, youth (18 years and under) and their families immediate access to free mental health support. They provide single session counselling and direct referrals to other services when needed.

Hotel Dieu Grace Health Care is the lead mental health agency for children and youth in Windsor-Essex county, services are provided in collaboration with 5 key service providers:
1. Children First (ages 0-6) provides services for families with children up to six years of age who are at risk for or experiencing mental health challenges or developmental concerns.

HDGH Regional Children’s Centre (ages 6-12), provides crisis services to children and youth up to the age of 16 years, outpatient counselling and therapy (6-12 years), walk-in counselling clinic (up to 18 years), assessment and consultation (6-17 years), intensive day treatment and residential treatment (6-12 years).

3. Maryvale Adolescent and Family Services (ages 13 up to 17 years), Counselling services provided to children and youth (ages 13-17). 4. Family Respite Services Windsor-Essex (ages 0 up to 18 years), 519-972-9688 offers short break (respite) care for families caring for individuals under the age of 18 who have physical, intellectual or mental health challenges.

WeCHC Teen Health Centre - provides free and confidential counselling support (12-24), primary medical care services (12-24), addictions counselling (12-17), eating disorder support (12-24) in partnership with Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association (BANA) and various groups. 24/7 Community Crisis Services are available by calling 519-973-4435
The Mental Health And Addictions Urgent Care Centre (MHUACC) is a central access point for adults or youth aged 16 years or older who cannot safely wait for community mental health and addiction support. The service is intended for those experiencing a mental health or addiction crisis or who are having an acute and serious need who are at risk of worsening mental health conditions that may require hospitalization. Walk-in counselling is available in:
Windsor (1770 Langlois Ave) Tuesdays from 12 PM - 8 PM (last appointment at 7 PM) and Fridays from 9 AM - 5 PM (last appointment is at 4 PM). Openings are on a first-come first-serve basis.
Harrow (Harrow Health Centre - 1480 Erie Rd S) Tuesdays from 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM (last appointment at 6:30 PM)
