Are you interested in registering at CCMS? - If your child attends one of our feeder schools (St. Rose or St. Teresa of Calcutta) they will receive a registration package directly. If not, then to request a registration package you can contact us at the school at 519 946 0260. Note that if you are interested in the Sports Academy, you must register there in addition to registering at Corpus Christi.
