Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)

The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a financial aid program that can help you pay for college or university.

OSAP offers funding through:

- grants: money you don’t have to pay back

- a student loan: money you need to repay once you’re done school

When you apply for OSAP, we automatically consider you for both grants and loans. If you don’t want to take a loan, you can decline it after your application is approved.

Post-Secondary Application Process

American Universities:

Apply to an American college for the first time and navigate your entire college application journey with Common App.

College bound student athletes preparing to enroll in a Division I or Division II school need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center to ensure they have met the requirements.

Ontario Universities:

The Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) processes undergraduate and professional applications for admission to Ontario's universities.

OUInfo is a guide to Ontario universities for Ontario high school students and guidance counsellors. It provides information about university programs, admissions and more. OUInfo is a starting point for researching university options.

Ontario Colleges:

OCAS is a centralized data warehouse of applicant information for colleges, high schools and government. Students will use this site when they are looking to apply to any college in Ontario.
