Wednesday, May 4th: Succeed Clean is presenting in the morning to phys.ed classes on accurate health and social information about the risks and realities of Appearance and Performance Enhancing Drugs. The Fit For Life (Life Skills phys.ed class) will be participating in the McHappy Day where one dollar from every Big Mac, Happy Meal and any Mccafe beverage sold will go to local children's charities and RMH. We will be taking kids to the Budimir library and doing a Skype with St. Gabes to share our genius hour projects Grade 12s share their monster ISUs - they are writing children's book. The hope is to have CTK either visit us or have us visit them. Share Genius Hour presenations with the grade 7s from St Gabes via Skype. Hosting a Grade 1 class from St. Gabe's and they will be doing activities with English classes. They will also participate in a literacy makerspace session Sidewalk inspiration - writing favourite quotations on the sidewalks around the school with chalk

They will be learning about access to clean water, sustainable incomes for developing nations, and what life is like in the village of Kanambu, Ecuador.

On Friday, May 6, 2016 we will recognize our students' hard work and efforts over the past month at our Student of the Month assembly. Students will be recognized for being a trustworthy classmate who is honest and reliable. We will also recognize our Harmony award winners and our outstanding young authors. Please join us. The assembly will begin at 8:45 a.m. in the gym.

5/6G The Grade 5 & 6s will create a door decoration of Mercy and a short video.



6/7D & Jk/Sks The Grade 6s & 7s will be leading a Nature Walk in McAuliffe PArk with the JK/SKs Wednesday, May 4th.



Gr. 7/8U & 8C: The Gr. 7s & 8s will have an Open House Art Exhibit based on the five sub-themes for Opening Doors of Mercy on May 4th & 5th.
