Use of St. John Elementary and Immaculate Conception Elementary are no charge to not-for-profit groups, due to a Ministry grant received by the Board, designating them Priority Schools.

Times & Fees

Elementary Schools

    Monday to Thursday: 6:00pm-10:30pm
    Saturday - Please call for times

Secondary Schools

    Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:00pm-10:30pm
    Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00pm-10:30pm
    Saturday - Please call for times

* Schools will not generally be available for rentals on Friday evening or Sunday and would be subject to special approval by the Superintendent of Facilities Services or designate. For school times and space available please contact the Facilities Services Department.

Note: Not-For-Profit local community groups whose activities directly involve children and youth (ex. Scouts, Guides, YMCA, etc.), recognized children's sports and recreation service providers, (as per MTR's Recognition Criteria), are eligible for reduced rental rates.
