Use of St. John Elementary and Immaculate Conception Elementary are no charge to not-for-profit groups, due to a Ministry grant received by the Board, designating them Priority Schools.

Rental Periods

All schools shall be made available for rentals from October 1st to June 15th. Summer rentals commence the first day after Canada Day holiday, as observed by the Board and its unions, to the second week of August. Outdoor facilities will be available for rental from May 15th to October 31st.

School facilities will not be made available for rental purposes during all school holidays, all Board Professional Days, and when schools are closed due to inclement weather.
