Use of St. John Elementary and Immaculate Conception Elementary are no charge to not-for-profit groups, due to a Ministry grant received by the Board, designating them Priority Schools.

Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board On-Line Application System!
The Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board has approved rental rate revisions for school space rentals effective September 1st, 2011.
You must provide the following information:
- A valid e-mail address, plus password
- A valid credit card or provide cheque for balance in full 1 week prior to the commencement of your event
- A copy of the certificate of insurance in the amount of $2 million for Liability Insurance naming the Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board as an additional insured. Groups that do not carry liability insurance can purchase liability insurance through the WECDSB. The cost of the liability insurance will be added to the Permit cost.
- You must agree to the terms and conditions before your permit will be granted
