Father Edward (Ted) Colleton Scholarship sponsored by The Interim (Canada's Life and Family Newspaper)

This scholarship honours the pro-life work of Father Ted Colleton. Students must submit an essay of 800 to 1000 words in length.Students must be graduating from high-school, have a passing grade in current academic program, give proof of interest/active involvement in the pro-life movement, submit one letter of reference, and submit a brief self-profile outlining participation in school life/community activities.

Due date is January 10 each year

Toyota Earth Day Scholarships

Toyota Canada Inc. and Earth Day Canada established the Toyota Earth Day Scholarship Program to help cultivate and nurture this environmental leadership. The Toyota Earth Day Scholarship Program encourages and rewards graduating high school students who have distinguished themselves through environmental community service, extracurricular and volunteer activities, and academic excellence.

Due date is January 31 each year

Queen's University Major Entrance Scholarships & Awards

Open to students entering Queen's University. Students who demonstrate superior academic ability, creative and original thinking, involvement in school or community activities, and proven leadership qualities can apply for a major entrance award. Financial need is also a consideration for some of our Major Entrance Awards.
